So I have been dropped in my lap my first Headling/Full Band show.............with 2 weeks to put a band together...lol
I love this business and all the craziness that goes with it and this is crazy. Bands work months to put shows together, to gel with each other, and build their relationships. I had 14 days to first find people to play with, have them learn all the music, learn each other, and put a 75 minute show together. I scrambled the first week , hitting up people and…Continue

As a short week came to an end, Back Again still climbed and did well in week 3 of being on the published chart. Music Row as you see from the list continues to get more real the higher you get. I start competing with the Lady A's, Keith Urban's, and George Straight's, it gets more tough each week.
My personal goal as an independent is to get great exposure, continue climbing the chart, and hopefully bust a top 30 hit! As an independent, on my first record, and debut single I…Continue

One of my goals to begin my career and for Back Again was to take it as high as it possbily could go on the chart. In the last twelve weeks I've seen it continually climb and now breaking in to the top 75. The feeling I got when JR called to tell me that we had charted number 69 and also the Highest Debuting Song on the chart was amazing! I feel like I have taken small steps to get me where I'm at, with the help up radio stations to have faith in my song, and great people like JR surrounding…Continue

Wednesday night (chart closes in a few hours for week 12)
The debut single at Week 11 Back Again sitting at 76 on the Music Row chart!
Sitting at the very best possible position to make a big jump on to the major chart Top 75! I'm praying for longevity and a career with my music and hoping for the best that Back Again gets both of my feet in the door for a…Continue

Nashville was a blast. This was really my first time in Nashville and first time to have the opportunity to play in Nashville. The experience is everything and more that people described to me before I went. It truly is Music City. On every street corner, window seal, and bar there is someone playing a guitar and singing. It was absolutely that craziest thing I've ever seen.
My show at Big Shotz far exceeded my expectations. I had a huge crowd for my show that kicked off…Continue

Week to week I await the closing of the chart. JR always texts me the chartings for Back Again and then we research what's moving what's not and where we might project for next week. The previous week I was at 102 and didn't think that breaking in to the top 90 would happen. I was very excited to see the big move and 5 station add and an 86 position week 9! This whole process has been so exciting. From studio time at Raney Recording Studios and the experience of watching Tim Crouch, Mike…Continue

Jeff, Andrea, and I had a fantastic week for the David Nail, Missouri, and Kris Allen shows. We had a ton of things to talk about and were super busy. It's a blessing to have such great people to surround myself by. Like almost everything that has happend in my life over the past year, Jeff just fatefully happened to hear me on Y107, one day last May, while visiting Arkansas. When he got back home to Florida he looked me up online, sent me an email, and we've been friends ever since. It's…Continue

The finer things in life have absolutely nothing to do with newer models, bigger ships, faster cars, brighter colors.....I'll take a front porch with granny's old swing that makes that creeking sound as you swing back and forth putting you to sleep, a gravel road to walk down with a gorgeous girl on my side with the look of passion, love, and genuiness any day of my week!

I hope everyone is finding their way around the site. Feel free to start discussion, mingle and get to know each other. I'm just the cheap talent you have all supported so far.. : ) You ALL are the important ones!
My debut at the Rev Room ROCKED!! Big crowd of about 300 and Riverbilly rocked out! Great time, great fans and show! We jumped on the bus about 330am and drove on to Bald Knob, AR for Home Fest. Had all day to relax, eat BBQ at the fair, and jump back on stage that…Continue

It has been a short few months and a whirlwind 2010! Things are taking off so fast for me and I'm loving every second of it. First and foremost I must thank God for every single thing that has happened to me over the course of my life to lead me to this point! I'm excited to have a special place for my die hard fans to come mingle and socialize with me.
I definitely owe each and every one of you that have supported me, stuck by me, and given me the encouragement to do this!…Continue
